We first heard about Bugatti's latest creation back in November and it's anything but ordinary. The 16C Galibier concept is a four-door luxury sedan , but not just any four-door luxury sedan. This one is capable of a 220 mph top speed and could cost a staggering $1.5 million. That makes the 16C Galibier - when it enters production - the world's fastest, most expensive luxury sedan in the world.
